How long does shipping take?

Orders usually take up to 1-2 business days to be processed. If we have a lot of orders to ship out, your order will take up another 2 days to be fulfilled.

Shipping depends on the type of shipping you chose. Either, rushed, priority, and or standard.  

Do you ship Worldwide?

At the moment, Aurydescent does not do worldwide shipping. 

How do I know that my gloss is 100% vegan and cruelty free? 

At Aurydescent we have listed our key ingredients in each of our products.WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN TESTING ON ANIMALS TO MAKE OUR PRODUCTS.

Are there any harsh chemicals in my gloss? 

No, at Aurydescent we ONLY use organic and natural oils to make our products. We do not use oils or any products that may contain GMO, Parabens, alcohol,etc. SOME PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN ALMOND OIL.

My package was lost in transit, help.
