At Aurydescent we want our customers to feel cared for and represented in a correct manner. When in the works of a refund or an exchange of an item, the following must be required. 

If at any given point that the customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, we accept returns and or exchanges on any future Aurydescent items (except those that are on sale). Make sure that the tube was not opened and or used , if in a case that the tube was damaged through transit, the customer will receive a FULL refund. Pictures must be taken in order for Aurydescent to give a FULL refund. Please contact to get approved for your returns/exchanges. Refunds must be done within 30 days of when your items were delivered to you. 


Aurydescent does not do free returns. You must pay for shipping. If you are shipping items over $30, we suggest in getting a tracking number to get updates on where your packages are, as well as insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages in transit. If  something  like this occurs, we are not responsible for it. We also don't guarantee that we will receive your items. 


Returning process

Any item that is returned in good condition,the product will be inspected to make sure that it is not opened or used. This process will take up to 3 days of us receiving the item. Once inspecting the item, you will receive an email saying if we approve the item. If we approve it your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically added to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. We have all rights to deny any items at any given cost (those on sale apply). Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed. (WE DO NOT OFFER STORE CREDIT AT THIS TIME)
